This half-day course is designed for Senior Leaders, Duty Holders and personnel appointed as Approving Officers for Incident Investigations wanting to gain an understanding of investigation methodology, and the skills required to effectively review, critically assess and sign-off on incident investigation reports.
It is critical that Approving Officers/Senior Leaders understand the investigation methodology in order to effectively review investigation reports and be assured that any recommendations proposed will achieve the goals of prevention, recurrence and reduction of risk.
