This two-day course is aimed at safety leaders wanting to become ICAM experts; responsible for keeping track of incidents, conducting detailed investigations, and determining the best response to workplace incidents.

 

It provides a comprehensive education in best-practice ICAM methods.

 

Successful participants will be qualified to supervise incident investigations in the workplace, and will gain access to the tools needed to manage them.
